CNC PORTED HEADS FOR BETTER FLOW AND POWER

WORLD PRODUCTS has teamed up with
KUNTZ & CO.’s Jim Kuntz to combine over
50 years’ worth of high performance racing
experience and bring you some of the best out-of-
the-box cylinder heads available in the industry for
every application, from small block Chevrolet to Ford!

Jim Kuntz designed the CNC ports and chambers for true dual-purpose, street and strip applications. According to Jim, “these ports are correct in size, shape and have really good flow numbers. Combined with an efficient chamber and plug location, these heads will easily make lots of horsepower (in both naturally aspirated and forced induction applications). All in all, a really good choice!”

CNC porting is available now for our complete line of aluminum cylinder heads. MERLIN III big block Chevrolet heads feature 350 or 370cc intake and 135cc exhaust runners, with 125cc combustion chambers. MOTOWN 23° small block Chevrolet heads feature 250cc intake and 90cc exhaust runners, with 72cc combustion chambers. WARHAWK 12° LS7 heads feature 296cc intake and 110cc exhaust runners, with 72cc combustion chambers, while the WARHAWK 15° LS1 heads feature 255cc intake and 90cc exhaust runners, with 72cc combustion chambers. Lastly, MAN O’WAR 10° small block Ford heads feature 310cc intake and 106cc exhaust runners, with 72cc combustion chambers, while the MAN O’WAR 18° heads feature 228 or 242cc intake and 73 or 75cc exhaust runners, with 72cc combustion chambers.

All heads are available bare or fully assembled, exclusively using MANLEY stainless steel valves.
