Here’s the perfect engine for street rodders and muscle car owners and an excellent engine for cruising. It has the same Merlin 4-bolt main block, 4340 forged steel crank and rods as our higher powered engines, but comes equipped with a cylinder head, intake manifold (dual plane), carburetor and camshaft package designed for great bottom-end torque and a wide power band. This torque monster has a displacement of 509 cubic inches and produces 550 foot lbs. of torque! Dyno-tested and backed by a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
